It is a saying that acne is a sign of growth. But this is not always right. Everything has some reasons and causes. The rashes and acne on the skin also have a reason which is the impurification of the blood. Acne is common in youngsters but the bad side of this is that they last leaving acne scars on our skin.
everyone dislikes scars on his skin. Acne spots lead to acne scars. When the nodules or cysts rub on the skin they also damage the skin nearby them. scars can also develop we you pinch or squeeze your acne.
Acne scars are because of the inflammation of the acne on our skin. Sometimes the body produces a lot of collagen as it tries to heal the skin which results from the pits when the skin heals.
There are two types of acne scars depending upon the net loss and net gain of collagen
i.e atrophic and hypertrophic scars
Atrophic scars are intended scars when the skin heals below the normal layer of the skin these are caused because of acne or chickenpox. They mostly heal after weeks or months when the skin heals completely.
There are further 3 types of acne scars i.e ice pick, rolling and boxcar scars
icepick are small and sharp that is wider at the skin surface but they mostly decrease with time and patience.
Rolling scars appear to be rolling creating a wavy texture on the skin.
When skin does come back to its previous position after healing it can be red or brown or normally look exactly like our skin.
Hypertrophic scars are thick raised scars it’s an abnormal wound healing above the normal level of the skin.
after an initial period, hypertrophic scars can be flattened and shrink over time but they are most common with nose and ear piercing cartilage. It usually looks pink and red. They are thickened and wide.
There are many treatments for acne scars like skin needling, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels. You can also use different steroids.
Drinking excessive water can also give you
a fresh skin, Use of fruits and fresh things in daily life can also give freshness to your skin.
