About Metafitnosis Center
Metafitnosis is a Personal Training Facility where each client works with a Coach. Programs are designed following a 7-step full-body assessment which allows us to determine the client’s fitness level and quality of movement. We gather as much information as we can about your current physical goals, your past athletic or fitness history, and any previous injuries or health issues. This information Is used to design a completely customized program for you.
What makes us truly unique is that we combine cardio and resistance training in a 30- minute workout and guarantee results. Metafitnosis is not a quick and easy fix – training with us requires serious commitment and dedication – a firm decision to show up and make some changes in your life.
