Heart failure, also called congestive heart failure, doesn’t mean that your heart has completely stopped working. There are four types of heart failure, left-sided heart failure, right-sided heart failure, diastolic heart failure, and systolic heart failure. A medical test known as an echocardiogram is often considered the best diagnosis for heart failure.

High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is a condition in which the pressure of the blood becomes higher than usual. Physical inactivity is widely considered a major reason behind this medical issue. However, tobacco, obesity, and consuming salt in large amounts are also among some factors behind it.

Valve Disease

A human heart has 4 valves in total. Valve disease occurs when one or more of the valves of the heart does not work properly.This disease can disturb the flow of blood in your body. There can be several reasons behind this disease which include congenital conditions, infections, degenerative conditions, etc. Sometimes, It does not cause serious problems for people who have minor valve issues. However, it can be dangerous if untreated for a long time.

Stroke

A stroke happens when the supply of blood blocks up in a part of your brain or when a blood vessel bursts in your brain. It can cause long-lasting damage to your brain, long-term disability, and even death. To avoid stroke, prefer healthy foods and drinks, don’t smoke, leave alcohol immediately, control blood pressure, control diabetes, etc. The diagnosis of stroke includes a physical test and examination of images of the brain gathered during the scan.
