    I watch the show almost every morning
    my mother has it she will soon be
    turning 88' such a beautiful lady she
    had 11 grown kids and we're doing
    our best to take care of her she forgot
    who we're but remember we love our
    Mother, grandmother, greatgrand mom.

    'Brain food'
    Feeding the brain seems to only apply to information, education, intelligence, yet it is important what goes into the body. The food nutrients breakdown into nourishment for the body. Nourishment from beverages is also important. Obviously, not so obviously, alcohol and toxins, have a negative impact to the brain, the body. Moderation is often recommended. Finding the right balance for your body. At any age.

    Why don't they mention Frontal Temporal Dementia which can start when you are much younger than 65! My friend has it, he was an Engineer & is now reduced to nothing!
