    I go Tuesday to see doctor it will make you cry as if you were in childbirth and I almost died outer body experience no one could hear me I kept telling my mom and both of my sisters that I could hear them

    I have trIgemInal neuralgia.. I was in my early thirties. Its one of the worse pains I have ever had.😥

    IMO it is stemming from Cervical Instabilities. The Atlas /Axis Vertebrae pinching the Vagus Nerve will Yield Havoc to the branch nerves . TMJ , Tinnitus, Lightheadedness, Sinusitis… and lots more . When my cervical issues from disc herniations, Military Neck from Forward Head Posture (commuted by car for 48 Years), DDD in the discs, and C4-C7 issues inflames the Occipital areas of the neck into the face. Even My teeth / cheeks hurt and causes left eye twitches. Info at Caring Medical YT Channel has enlightened me about the gravity and effects of Cervical Instabilities affecting the Vagus Nerve. .

    You are absolutely right, "Trigeminal neuralgia is a relatively rare neurological condition involving compression of the trigeminal nerve." For better treatment of this disease patient should change their daily life routine and start exercise related to this disease for some relief.     I also had kind of simptom. I'm using Carbamazepine and it make my body to a state of relax. My condition is ok for now but I can still feal the pain just for a moment when I'm eating or when it's getting cold.
