this video is so catchy, I added it to my fitness blog for "BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER":

Most water is excreted through the lungs through respiration which is why people who exercise often double or triple water intake without needing to go for a pee every 5 minutes

When I have taken MDMA I peed a lot. I think your info on this is false, and fear based. It is mildly harmful, and wonderfully healing when taken with awareness and safe people.

this is literally one of the worst videos on water and its consumption i've ever seen. the odds of people drinking too much water each day is so low compared to the amount of people who constantly don't drink enough water…

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 telling people what happens if you drink to much water while on MDMA😹😹😹 who the heck has that? Its this a video for drug addicts?😺 stupid!

Too much negativity about the blessing of water. Stupid music in the background like we are 5 years old. Close your channel and go sell hamburgers.

this video was disturbing, and pointless. It dwelled on rare, negative phenomena, and did not provide the information advertised.

If we gulped a big amount of water (quickly) do inpurities go to the bladder and kidneys? How we stop that and prevent this happen after we have done this? Is drinking more water but slowly that time solving the problem? Will my bladder and kidneys have issues if I ate something unhealthy and it has to come out?

its bullshit you know that myth about 70 percent water the body is not made of it do you really think your brain is 70 % water bullshit lungs kidneys muscle skin eyes bones liver they all use water but not made of it

i haven't drink 5 days i only felt weak and had headaches

  • Posted on Sep 03, 2021 at 14:15 pm

when you are stressed one of the ways your body calm down is making you pee when you pee dopamine released in the brain because MDMA or extazy causing the same effect you body suppress the urin and its become dangerous

Okay so, hydrating, then urinating alot, I'm just too hydrated. I guess my kidneys are getting cleaned thoroughly. I keep feeling thirsty, yet water goes straight to my bladder. So weird like my body doesn't need it or something, yet I'm always thirsty.
